The Finsbury Park Studio near Stroud Green was the starting point for MoreFit back in 2011 and has grown significantly since then and offers 1-2-1 sessions and Small Group PT.
Our fully-equipped studio caters for 1-2-1 personal training programs to increase fitness, improve flexibility and posture, accelerate fat loss, injury rehabilitation and prevention and improve health. The offering expanded to weekly FreeFit Bootcamp sessions in nearby Finsbury Park. We help our clients in North London achieve their ultimate goals.

- Lifestyle management – we work on behaviours to change overall outcomes, fixing the root of poor lifestyle choices to make positive long term changes. Every month we are putting new behavioural changes on the blackboard that we are coaching our clients to work on. 1 behaviour every month.
- Nutritional coaching- offer nutritional advice and diet sheets so that people have a better understanding of what they have to do to achieve the body they want
