Noemi has been a devoted practitioner of yoga since her first trip to India in 2003. Her teaching is inspired by traditional Hatha Yoga and the Krishnmachrya’s lineage of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Krama and Viniyoga, which she combines with the modern innovations of Vinyasa Flow. Noemi holds a 500-hour teaching qualification from the British Wheel of Yoga, and continues to study directly with Srivatsa Ramaswami, Ranju Roy and Shiva Rea. In accordance with Hatha Yoga philosophy, she integrates the dynamic “solar” practice of Vinyasa with gentler “lunar” restorative sessions, depending on the time of day and individual student needs. She pays attention to alignment of postures and breath, and modifies the practice to suit varying abilities in each class.

She continues to learn daily from those who inspire her creatively, mentally physically and spiritually. Elena welcomes all levels to come and mindfully explore flowing, dance-like sequences with an open heart.
I started Yoga at age 14. Having an aunt in the Yogi field, I was highly influenced in a positive and exciting way. I’ve always been flexible so I hyperextended my body in all the wrong ways and was on my way to damaging myself. When I was introduced to the correct alignments my posture and skeleton transformed. I gained a passion for this lifestyle! I was given the best advice from one of my first teachers: “Try as many teachers and styles as you can! Just be engrossed by it”. From there Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyenga, Hot Yoga, Yin, Aerial yoga etc. Every aspect of the yogic culture inspires me and makes me feel like a better being by connecting my mind, body and spirit. It also teaches me that there is always something to learn – in everything and everything can be fun!
Claire focuses on alignment to compliment the faster yoga classes. Perfect for all levels, especially beginners. Working on strength and flexibility whilst concentrating on thhe breath. Alignment is super important and when we are aligned correctly the posture feels amazing!

She encourages students in her class to arrive with a spirit of playfulness, and self-awareness when on their mat. She hopes that her classes give the students a space to simply let go and practice patience with oneself, while building strength and flexibility through the breath and movement.
Helen originally trained as an actor and discovered yoga as an integral tool to calm the mind in high pressure situations and lifestyle. Naturally a person of low energy, she discovered a little sattva in her life when she began practicing Rocket yoga, a more dynamic style. Finding the balance of yin and yang, she soon became addicted to this high energy practice and is now a self confessed asana junkie. Helen did her first training with Yogahaven, where she also now teaches and more recently has trained in Rocket Yoga under David Kyle.

Expect to feel challenged and inspired, in a fun and supportive environment.
From a dance background I have found yoga incredibly fulfilling and nurturing, revelling in its focus on alignment, breath, and holistic benefits. I am particularly excited about the choreographic side to sequencing; discovering enjoyable ways in which complimentary postures flow into one another, creating a deeply satisfying, smooth and dance-like quality to the practice. There are always new postures and variations to explore, and deeper understanding to gain within asana practice as well as the philosophy of yoga. I have always found this continuous learning and development galvanising. As a yoga teacher, I hope to pass on what I have acquired from such a supportive and inclusive discipline, while continuing to learn and grow in my own practice and teaching.

Jess teaches a strong, playful and energizing flow while also focusing on breath and safe alignment. She encourages students to give postures a go and provides modifications for all levels. Classes include a strong flowing sequence, arm balances and inversions.
Molly’s classes move students steadily through fluid, breath-synchronised sequences designed to create gentle heat and to harmonise the breath, body and mind. Students are encouraged to work sensitivity with their own bodies and nature, refining their awareness of alignment and how the practice affects them mentally as well as physically. For Molly, yoga has demonstrated that the body, thoughts, feelings and mind are capable of evolving and healing; and that with regular practice, yoga can take us on an epic journey of self discovery, acceptance and growth.
David Kam first stepped onto the yoga mat alongside his mum, as quality time he cherished dearly. By the time his mum achieved her first headstand, he has completed his Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket teacher training with It’s Yoga International under Jamie Blowers. The cheerful Malaysian takes upon his architectural and dance training to craft a unique teaching style, designing creative yoga flow which is liberating to the body, picturesque in the mind and light on the heart. David is currently a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and recently specialised in Dance-Specific Yoga.
Within David’s classes, he empowers students to take ownership of their physical, mental and spiritual journey, developing a playful practice to constantly test their limits and explore new perspectives. Whilst practice remains individual and independent, David’s classes are seen as social opportunities for yogis to forge camaraderie within a collective experience, connecting with others through mutual support under his guidance, whether by partner-work or simply by breath.
